Hi folks -- now that I see that there's an introduction area here goes mine ...
Like many others on here, I view working out not for superficial reasons but as the key ingredient to good health (not that the superficial reasons are bad :D ).
When friends or coworkers ask me about lifting weights, I tell them to at first concentrate solely on bodyweight exercises. You can get a tremendous workout just from bodyweight workouts. If they can't master them then there's no use moving onto free weights I tell them.
Lately I've started a blog. While not authoritative and despite the fact that I'm really busy it is a good way to feel creative.
