I used GA for few months. Than I started GAM.
I got seriously big and rather strong with those programs.
I do recommend them to anyone. If Paul did a seminar and I could go, I would be there in a second.

For GA only chair and a stick.

For GAM a dip bar and a bench.

I got pretty toned and cutt up from GA.

GAM I got strong and pretty good with my bodyweight.

Got more questions?

GA was about two months. It has levels, so you go up a level when you get strong. I think it's a good program. The whole point is upper body development with absolutely no equipment. No isometric or self resistive stuff. All bodyweight.

GAM I still do it now. It's about using your bodyweight to the maximum. Like you do pushups, but that's not all bodyweight. Pull ups is all bodyweight. The book teaches you how to do every muscle with full bodyweight. If you think about it, it's much harder. Nice progression sequinces too.
GAM is upper body and lower body sequiences.

I don't know you strength now, I tell my friends to start with GA.

Gravity advantage max is a book with direction. Maximum strength out of bodyweight exercises. I think it's more about primal strength than about over all conditioning. I love the sequences and some crazy exercises there.

How long did it take you to be able to do body press? Did you easily do parallel open before body press?

Last night I was watching "Bourne Identity" on cable, that got me into the workout mode.
I used GA and GAM exercises while watching the movie. Today I woke up slightly sore, but deep cut and pumped.
That's all I can say.

Can someone please let me know what kind of exercises and progressions there are in Gravity Advantage? I mean is it an advanced program or can a beginner use it?

I am deciding which book to purchase. I have a dip station at home.

Thanks
