Hi!

That seems to be a very tough workout! How long did it take to complete it?

Great endurance workout! You have to be in great cardio shape just to get through something like that.

I don't remember the time because I spaced out the running which took me 50 mins to do.

I am at the gym usuallly two to three hours or more each day that I'm not working and I take my lunch with me and eat too.

I am a cardio nut and yes my endurance is high. I love cardio and the reps weren't that bad.

Today's workout was:

Interval 5k treadmill run 20:56

I did the CF workout for the day
3 rounds for time:

35 pound thrusters-instead of 45 pound 50 ea
assisted rubber band pullups 35 ea
it took me total time 19:58 mins

My personal trainer took me thru a 300 workout today and I did it in 20 mins or so with a little more stuff besides that.

I also did some ab workouts as well.

I love cardio and I don't do high reps all the time. I just love my workouts and I'm very dedicated to my health and I make the most of my exercise routines everyday.

I don't understand the reasoning with the high reps. That was the workout for the day with CF and I don't believe reps is an issue. I don't do them everyday. And let me also say that I'm starting in July training for my marathon and the reps help with my endurance. I don't do this everyday.

Wow, you're teeny ;) How old are you?

Sorry, I have a few more questions:

"a 300" or The 300? How much did you deadlift?

What's spin class?

I'm 41 years old and you're not asking too many questions.
I didn't deadlift on this 300 I did but I have deadlifted 165 pounds on the crossfit total. I'm working on strength. Last year I broke my elbow when I ran my first marathon and it's all but healed I just am getting th strength back.

My personal trainer he wrote up a 300 for me to do. I have done the 300 from Crossfit before and love it.

Spin class is a stationary bike class where you start at Level 1 and progress thru music and a teacher to get you to Level 5 going from sprints, hills, to jump and hoover over seat, it's an awesome workout and lasts anywhere from 45 mins to 1 hour. My quads were on fire!

What's the crossfit 300? I'm assuming it's different from the gym jones 300.

July 1st workout:

I didn't do much over the weekend except for running. I always run.

Today though I made up for it.

I started with my personal trainer and we worked on plyometric training of box jumps and jack knives, back extensions, squats with 50 pounds of weight. Next I did an interval training of running where I do 2 mins of 7.9 in speed and 1 min of 10.4 for 20 mins and then I go back to 7.9 and get my breath and finish up a 5k run with a time of 20:54.
Did a step class and abs
then after all that I did some arm weights
We now have a boot camp class offered at the gym, I helped out with that and did a 20 min round for time 16 rounds of:

5 push ups
10 physio ball curl
15 air squats

I am pooped as usual.
Hope you all workouts were as great as mine.

I have been running alot. Last night I did 4 sets of bleacher workout running up and back and then running a lap on tracke then again 3 other times. I also did squats up the bleachers each side. Then I did a lunge up and down twice working ach leg so no leg is uneven. Then I went out to the track and did a walking lunge run combo, I'm a little sore today not bad, but it was a hot day in the upper 90's, I love to sweat though.
