Hey, I'm Gryff.
I'm 17, addicted to Kung Fu, and want to train more through methods without equipment.

I'm currently tryin the 100 pushup program, s'going well im up to 55 from 40.
Quick questions, if all i do is pushups without any lower/upper back work, I heard you can get a hunch, sounds silly to me but i just want clarification from more knowledgeable trainers. Thanks.

That is true. You can over develop the pectoral and that can pull your shoulders forward and round your back. It if very important to work the upper/mid back with some type of rowing/pulling exercise. I really like horizontal rows and pull ups for my back. I also do bent over rows with kettlebells.
