I just wanted to drop by and say hi and introduce myself. I'm Robin, 41, live in Oklahoma, and am an exercise fitnatic. I run 7 days a week and workout at the gym 5 days a week. My exercising consists of running no less than 40 minutes or more, getting ready to start training for my second marathon, interval training-speed training for enducance and time speed for 3 miles 2 mins 7.9 speed and 1 min 10.0 mph and back and forth til I reach 5k. I take cardio kickboxing classes, spins classes, step classes, I do circuit workouts with myself, I make them up or get from magazines, I also have been working on the Crossfit workouts and simplefit workouts and I do okay, still have a long way to go. I've lost 60 pounds in over a 8 year period and now maintain a good weight but would like to shape and tone and get my abs to a six pack, it's looking good but I just don't have the six pack, I will post pics as soon as possible.
I love the Level challenges and will start at the beginning and work my way up, I do some of these now but I don't hold them for any amout of time but will start.
