Hey guys,
I'm new to the forum and already learning a ton of cool exercises to tack onto my own PT. Quick intro though: 21, student, martial artist, amateur triathlete. I gave up on traditional weight lifting a year or so ago and have since switched almost completely to BW exercises but feel I have somewhat plateaued, so i'm hoping this will kick my butt back into high gear.

Welcome. What's cool about bw exercises, is the sky's the limit. I've gotten down on all 4s and chased my rabbit around the backyard as part of my workout. If I can just get my exercise manual published, it's called "Doggie style". It's sure to be a hit with the ladies :twisted:
