Has anyone here been logging their times / dates / stats of doing each of the exercises at different levels?

What kind of a log are you maintaining?
What are the things you are logging?
How are you loggin it? > Excel, Paper Chart, Fitness Application?

I am thinking of creating a spreadsheet in Excel to do that and observe progress over time.

It would be great to be able to share such logging / excel files.

Since I am starting exercise after a long time I think I might have CROSS-LEVEL competency.. some exercises on one level might be easier than others.. .. I am guessing this would be true for new comers at lower levels.

Thoughts?

I want to basically create an offline copy of all the exercises here.. Level 1 to Level X..

Did someone create something like that before putting this online in the forums? In word or excel document?

Well the twenty levels are more like challenges to test your strength level than actual workouts, if you hang around the your workout section then you'll learn alot. If you put a post in their showing your aims and more about yourself im sure someone will help.
