Really aving trouble developing a program that will keep my max strength and further my power to progress my judo, so was looking for some help, any ideas on a sample program especilly focusing on a twist or hip swing action??? Please help

Oly lifting is great for strength and power developement (if done right). As far as rotational conditioning, I like full contact twists from pavel, any unilateral weight lifting, unilateral kettlebell training as well. Unilateral rows, single leg dead lifts.
