I've been really sick for the last couple of months and injured and it seams ive lost EVERYTHING :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

I want to start back again, I'm ok now..

I just want to start from what I can do so I need help getting back again..

I can do 15 pushup, around 30-40 situps, 4 pull ups

SO can anyone give me a workout weekly ill increase each thing please im desperate again.

I know people hate people saying this, but this time im after a bit more muscle and that "toned" look..

Im still doing parkour, but this workout is to assist me in conditioning since im getting fucked around abit doing pk.

I had the same problem awhile ago. I logged all of my "comeback" workouts under the heading "Cheesedog's Workout", which is about halfway down on this page. Feel free to read over it and use anything you want there.

Ive been out for a week from a sunburn and Ive lost like a 1 cm from both my arms ,

due to shitty eating and not being able to move too much (one of thoose blistering sunburns)


no strength loss though

And, Im using a GTG style thing from here... http://www.americanparkour.com/smf/index.php?topic=4663.0

with the dips and pullups.. i you can try to get a bit of work on them everyday
dips are going to be tough with the pushups though as they both work triceps a bunch
pullups i can do GTG style too
pullups, situps, pushups - gtg style m-f , HIIT m,w,f and then dips when you can
weekends off or so


does this look any good or what
