1) Attach tow strap to bowflex
2) Drag bowflex for 50ft, your choice of grips/pull-style
3) Drag boxflex back for 50ft, different grip/pull from before.
That is one set. Repeat as needed.

That works for most exercise machines! :P
It's also great for hanging clothes on!
As you may have gathered, we don't think much of the Bowflex. A good set of weights is much cheaper and more functional, ditto for a good program of Bodyweight exercises. Of course, if a Bowflex is your thing and the only exercise you're going to do, it's better than nothing. It's just that lots of other things are more worthwhile.

Yup, it is better than nothing. Well, no, maybe not. Having nothing would mean needing a competent BW program, and I think I know where to go to get info on that =)
I kid, I kid. Bowflex has some interesting properties because of the way the force production curve works on them. they can be very beneficial to people with certain types of joint issues, much like training with bands. Except bands are cheaper.
But, hey, I bet that Bowflex would be a bitch to drag across the parking lot.

An effective Bowflex workout?
Do Bowflex-flips (like tire flips. only with a Bowflex). :D
See what Moonduck wrote above.
Seriously, "effective workout" and "Bowflex" don't really go in the same sentence.
