Hindu pushups are easy, but dive bombers are harder than regular pushups.

Look at the definition in the article. I never thought about it that way. DB is two pushups in one. No wonder it is more difficult than regular pushup.

Alright now I don't want to get more flexible from those pushups. I want to get stronger, bigger muscles etc.
Than the best idea is for me to do the DB pushups and exhale when I do the upward dog and downward dog?

P.S. Is it the same when you do them on flat hands and on the pushup handles?

Handles just give you more range of motion. That enables you to strech your chest, shoulder and even triceps a bit more.
Also easier on the wrist.
