Is TRX worth the money???? I was looking at their military style program and it seemed pretty good, but I was wondering if anyone here had experience with it and could let me know if it was worth the $200 it will set me back.

What's a TRX? Google gives me a bunch of ATV pics.
I demand links!

TRX makes straps and various accoutrements that assist in BW exercises. Pretty darned good stuff supposedly.

easiest way is to buy a bit of webbing and just tie knots in it and loops where necessary
or could buy and add buckles to the webbing
i have used old piping tomake a better handle on mine

I made my copy with the following:
2) large dog collars (30") $25 buckle type
2) medium dog collars (12")$20 buckle type
2) cam straps with hooks $12 ( 6' tie down straps)
2) 1.25" diameter cpvc nipples beveled and reamed. no rough edges.
Something to anchor to. I use my power rack with a strap I got with my sled from elitefts wrapped around the chin up bar many times.
Slip one of each size dog collar through one nipple, buckle accordingly. This should make a figure 8. I put the smaller collar on one hook. The bigger one you can slip your heel in it for suspended leg curls.
Hope this helps,
Rob
