You may want to just google it. LifeLineUSA has most of their manuals online, www.lifelineusa.com

There's a good resource as far as resistance bands are concerned, but I don't remember the name of the website. If you don't feel like forking over a lot of money for them (they can be pricey), you can order rubber pallet bands from mcmaster.com, although they're not as strong as resistance bands.

I can attest to the quality and effectiveness of the Lifeline TNT rubber cables. They are the best substitute for weights around, durable and easy to transport (important when I'm travelling). They aren't that expensive either - I shelled out about $30 for a set of six (purchased during a sale - the usual price gets you the 3-cable set which you'll need to upgrade pretty soon).

i use jumpstretch bands. they are a gym in themselves. started with an average green but then purchased the light and the mini because it was too strong for most upperbody stuff. with them in combination or just by tweaking the slack i can do a 1rep max pushup, odd stuff like facepulls and overhead shrugs. also use them for flexibility(which i need). i will soom purchase more so i can do band sprints.
