Get a really fat girlfriend, and have her sit on your shoulders.
THEN SQUAT
As you get stronger, break-up with her and get an even fatter girlfriend. Have her sit on your shoulders.
THEN SQUAT
Keep getting fatter and fatter girlfriends. Or, get your current girlfriend fatter. :D

Scaffolding is the structures used by painters and other maintenance types to work on walls, ceilings, etc. It is a structure made of pipe and boards.

No idea what it would cost. It would depend on how much piping is locally. In my case, we bought our rack from New York Barbell. $300, S&H included to the Continental US. Obviously not useful for folks outside the US like you Koltz.
I like the idea of scaffolding. It has to be WAY cheaper than the obscene cost for shipping a rack to where you are. And less expensive than having someone weld one together for you. I'd give it a shot. Go to a contractor supply company, builder's yard, or whatever, and price it.

the only stores that have racks price them at about 2200-2400NIS which is about 600$
I won't put scaffolding in my room since I live in an apartment (it's not a dungeon) and I still need to buy a barbell
but I would like to know how to build one never the less , maybe find some basement with some pals , build a hardcore hangout there
