I bought a Yukon bodyweight station. Chin/Dip/PU,roman chair thingy. It's a little more exspensive than some of the others on the market but it's really put together and a lifetime warrenty. I've been 175lbs for 4 years now and the "Heavy" weight training (for the last 25 years) is now definitely a thing of the past.

how hevey did you lift , for 25 years I'd be satisfied with no less then twice your bodyweight for reps in all the big 3. even if you did bodybuilding.
that thing is definetly a bad boy , you might want to do some handstand pushups to complement it , as well as some sprints\switches
