Has anybody ever heard or tried this? What are your thoughts?

This is usually called Mit training. It's where you have a partner wear a pear of mits or pads on their hands and you work on punching them as he moves them around. It teaches you to focus on the target and keep moving by giving you a much smaller target to aim for then say a heavy bag and making you anticipate movement. A necessity for any fighters routine.

I know what you are talikng about...and thank you. But what I mean is Target Focus Training. Developed by Tim Larkin that creates a spinal reflex reaction when a target is hit on the body. Was wondering if anyone has attended his seminars and what they think of it? Thanks

If you look hard enough on YouTube you can find clips of it. It looks to be a lot of hype, combined with elements from other systems.
Mostly I think it may be a rip off of WW2 combatives with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Karate, ect.
If it is being sold on the internet without a true look at the techniques, they might be trying to sell you a scam.
