Hi all. New to the site, and new to BW training. I am 34 yrs old and have been training in one way or another since I was in HS. However, having two kids under 5 my training has been limited and unbalanced at best, so this is my attempt to get back into things. I spent the summer running 5-7 miles a day 5 days a week and now I'd like to build up some strength. After spending some time here earlier this week I came up with a workout and would love to have some comments.
Warm-up:
-4 three minute rounds....heavy bag- jump rope-bag-rope
Main Workout:
3 sets 10-15 reps
-High-incline push-ups (working toward HSPUS)
-Chair Dips (modified with toes on gound)
-Jump squats
-Body rows (alternate overhand / underhand grip)
-Lizard walk (Found this one on another site. Start at the top of a push up and then drag yourself with only ands and toes touching ground. Grap ab and core work. Go 20 yards for 1 set)[/b]
