New to the site. First time posting a topic. I've been doing the 20 level exercises, and I would like some feed back..... I start with a 5 min. warmup, etc. jogging, jump rope, jumping jacks....,stretching, then I tend to do 3 min. of cardio followed by 1 min. of the level exercises. I'll do this 2 or 3 rotations through the level. Just want some comments on this routine.

so you basicly do a cardio circuit with (propper) one arm pullups ? on the morning?


p.s , don't do the levels

you are not meant to work at a given level only , for many reasons

one of then is that handstnadp ushups and dargon falgs are no where near the difficulty of one arm chins , and level 20 aint got on chest work and other reasons

just work by the difficulty and the mechanics you need for the set

Ok, so since I started going through the LEVELS that this website has to offer, I've been able to shed some LBS. Got my body fat down to 9.5%. Course i've been doing the levels with my "CARDIO CIRCUT".

I look at the levels offered here as a bunch of party tricks you should be balanced enough to do at the same time. Nothing more.
