- Weighted Dips (4x8)

Thursday: Back/shoulders: Weighted pullups (4x5)
- Horizontal pullups (4x10)
- Handstand pushups 4x10
- bar and towel pullups (2x8) weighted 2x6
- Rocca pushups (3x10)
Friday: Chest: All weighted pushups: standard, incline, close grip:(4x10)
