Hi, came across the site via a youtube clip

a little about me

I am 43, been working out in one way or another since i was about 15, mostly with weights, but more recently moving towards a range of different training methods including more body weight stuff.

I am a qualified personal trainer, sports therapist/masseur and martial arts instructor

I am in the process of opening a gym based around "crossfit" and "gym jones" stylestraining methods and a few variations.

I like climbing, Mtb-ing, surf canoeing and martial arts (muay thai, wing chun, aikido, modern combatives and a few others)

Thanks, its not open yet...first 3 months of 2007 should see it fully open and equiped...........

Hi Samurai,
I also live in Lisbon and I saw your quote saying that you were in the process of opening a gym based on the concept of "crosstraining" and bwt. I'm a technical director of a gym in lisbon and I'm trying to change - at least a little - the face of training in my gym. I think that, most of all, I need training for my staff in that specific area body weight training. I'm looking for sources to do so. Can you help me in any way?
