Hey all, I'm Andrew and I found this site from a torrent link comment strangely enough.... anyways, just thought I owed you people an introduction of myself for allowing my humble use of your incredible site.:P On to the introduction/biography now. I've been interested in bodyweight training for a couple years now since I was introduced to it by an ad for Combat Conditioning in a martial arts magazine, and have been scouring the internet ever since.
I did some exercise in highschool; biking, running laps, sit-ups, push-ups and chin ups, and still do sometimes when I go outside on rare occasions at the park,(I also do PK when I find places that look fun) but since last year or so I've had troubles with my right elbow, and problems began. When I went to get it checked out, the osteotherapist forbid me from any martial arts or exercising, because I apparently had more muscle problems than just the elbow, and working out with improper muscle balance is a bad thing as I'm sure you all know.
Anyway, due to the continuing therapy, I haven't exercised much at all for fear of further worsening my condition, but by the time spring hits I should be good again, although I don't know if they can fix my elbow. I guess I might as well tell you the problem, as you can probably help me out with it :P
Now, the elbow.... at first it was nothing, every once in a while I would feel a something on the elbow when I did a push-up, but alittle over a year back I started having trouble doing them because it evolved into feeling like something was snapping over the inner bone of my elbow. This became quite a nuisance as it prohibited me from doing push-ups which was essentially 1/4 of my work out at the time (Ah, I was young and foolish... well, I still am young... but that's beside the point) and I decided to just stop doing them altogether. About a year passed before I decided I it was high time to get myself back into shape, so I went to a couple doctors and apparently the ulner tendon became detached from the group of tendons, and snaps over my inner elbow whenever I descend in a push-up... I'm sure you can imagine how great that feels. If there is anyone who knows how I can heal this naturally or bypass it while maintaining a complete body work-out, your help is much appreciated.... one doctor said the only way to fix it is surgery which caused the mess in the first place(long story short, back in 2002 my elbow got infected and needed to be drained or it would be amputated, so the sliced open my elbow and... it really is a long story). So anyways, I'm glad to be a member, and hope I can be of use on here! :D
PS. Sorry about the essay.... I got a little carried away.

I can't search for anything... anyone else have this problem or know how to solve it?
