Well done gentlemen!

Congrats on a well put together and thought out site. I have been training in various MA's for over 20 years almost exclusively using BW execrises.

Basicly I used weights untill my instructors showed me that sparing and situation training combined with BW exercises gave me the strength, speed that I need to compete while assisting me in developing my timing, balance and flexability. 20 years later, still learning, still gaining... always improving!!!
