I like the benifit it gives you but my genitals get really cold(yeah like my penis and testes) any advice?

I'm...I'm not sure what to say.

When you take a bath in ice-cold water, then you will feel cold. Assuming that your genitals are under water (and, unless you rigged up some bizarre floatation device, they will be) then they will also get cold.

Even, yes, really cold.

What are you concerned about? Are you saying that your genitals continue to be really cold once you're out of the bath? If so, then maybe you've got slightly bad circulation, but really, they'll warm up just fine afterwards like the rest of you. If not...

Honestly, I really don't know what you're asking. Are your genitals usually firey containers of constant heat? That is a problem you'll want to get checked out...

you take a shower in cold water , and if it's a contrast bath you do it localy like on your hands after deadlifts

I might have a solution, although it might sound silly. You'll need
1. Underwear(i hope you have this)
2. Heatpack

Basically you get the heat pack nice and warm. DON'T OVERHEAT

Put it where it's necessary(again don't overheat your testes) and hold it in place with the underwear.

If you care about your pleasure area this much, you should be fine going into a bath with underwear on heh. Obviously this is time limited and I wouldn't bring my microwave into the bathroom lol but hey it's a solution

PS. make sure your heatpack is large if you have a lot of surface area to cover :o
