I used to do jumprope so much back in the day ..... one time I even used two 7.7lb dumbells as the handles , you imagine how pumped you get if you manage to stay alive after a while like this ( with good speed too )
after I stopped doing it my endurance became a heap of s___ again =\
but yeah I reccomend you all to do jumprope , just don't do the "propper " technique to it cause it sucks (using your calves only to jump with stuff liegs and turning the rope with the forearms , this sucks leh)
theres more to jump rope then criscrosses dubble unders stepping and normal jumps with that old technique .
also I reccomend adding some small weights \ bands when you jump to use your upper body more , and combining it with burpees
