Hey Hey...

Wow, this site looks interesting. Got interested in BW exercises 2 years ago when the whole heavyweight training became somewhat impractical during medical school, so started doing pushups/handstand pushups/bridging, etc. in the library in an attempt to stay awake (and healthy.) Will do my best to contribute to the site as much as possible.

welcome aboard , it's pretty nice that you can do handstand pushups at your age , it seems that it's pretty hard to even kick up to a wall the odler you grow , anyway there is more the BW training then pushups and crunches...

Koltz,

The good news is that if you stay fit, they can continue to be done....even by a guy who's 56.....me !
And kicking up to the wall is no problem.
Now you have something to look forward to .....young feller' :D

Heh, I have trouble kicking up into a handstand position now, and I'm less than half your age!

Welcome, bklynfirefighter! Looking forward to hearing some of that old-time advice!

Bloody hell, I am 32 not 82! Making me feel old!

Actually, the hair is starting to thin a bit...gonna shave the lot after the winter I think.

You know, despite the 'elder' status, I am always told that I look about 25...attribute this to the working out...too many guys my age are already soft in the middle with combovers. Sad, as it is not too hard, and fun.

PS See elsewhere in forums where I complain of chronic tendonitis. Guess I am an old man after all!
