Hi. i stumbled accross this site and i think it is great! very useful! i looked at the different levels of exercises and i was wondering how to know when to move on to the next level. the first four looked fairly easy, but i did not want to go too quickly through them because i did not want to miss anything. how many reps and how long/many times should i be able to something before i move on?
thanks

Welcome, disgruntled!
I'm glad you find the site helpful. I think it is best to remember that the Exercise Levels are not meant to be taken as a strict ladder of progression, but rather as ways of showing how difficult certain exercises are (in relation to each other). While you may find it useful to work through the levels in their entirety, not progressing until you have mastered all the exercises on the level you currently occupy, you need not do so.
Perhaps you find a certain exercise in Level 18 really easy, and perform it regularly, but an exercise in Level 10 really taxes you, for example? That is not to say you shouldn't be doing the Level 18 exercise until you can competently manage the Level 10. No! Instead, see the Levels as ratings for the difficulty of each exercise, and incorporate them as you see fit.
Want a high-rep, low intensity workout for endurance? Take a lot of easy exercises and perform them for high reps. Want a shorter, more demanding workout? Select harder exercises and perform them appropriately.
I hope this helps, and that I haven't dodged your question too much! Let us know how you get on.
