Hey guys a buddy of mine just let me borrow his old rower since he wasnt using it. Its not the best considering its resistance is how high u put the arms, but either way, i think it will do the trick and ill just time myself. Its a Targa 1000 SL, i dont know how to attach pictures directly from the desktop. Anyways let me know what u think.
Reminder: THis is for cardio, not strength ;d

rowing is a great form of cardio ,
not that good for wasting caloris out but has benefits that outweight it by a whole lot ,
also people charge too much for rowers , you can make your own with the use of a 15$ chest expander and some means to attach it , also the moving seat ain't a big deal

hey thanks for the reply.. Actually i tried it yesterday morning for morning cardio -15 mins. I really didnt like this one.. It didnt feel like a regular rower...Ive used like 5 different newer model rowers and theyve all been pretty good.
What i really want is a Eliptical, but good ones are so darn expensive.... any idea on how to make my own home eliptical koltz :D jks
