I implement rope skipping between sets in order to better utilize rest period. It adds an aerobic component to routine. Worked muscles recover greatly despite the activity type rest.

My Example:

(10 chin ups followed by 2 min rope skipping) x 8
+
(30 push ups followed by 2 min rope skipping) x 4

:idea: That's a great way to build your endurance! For more variety you can substitute any kind of sprints (running uphill, treadmill, rowing machine, etc.) for the rope sometimes.
