I have always been pretty good at bwe I used to go to pull-up, dip, and sit-up competitions in middle school and later in life I started rock climbing, but recently I have started to really get into training bwe, it seems like my muscles never recover enough from day to day, I get enough rest and eat plenty (good high protein food) Do I have to take a day off when doing bwe's?

Regardless of what supplies the resistance, your muscles will need time to recuperate from lifting. You can do this by either taking days off, or splitting days up into types of muscles exercised, such as lower days and upper body days, or pushing days and pulling days.

you should take days off during workouts in general.
also don't train to be "sore" and don't overdo training to faliure , this might help you in recovery.
how mucj rest depends on itself really , with time , increacing the load till you barely recover and then deloding a bit your recovery will increace.

You said protein,
there is such thing as too much protein.
Quality carbs and fat as well as vits and mins are needed for recovery as well.

Remember that you don't get stronger during your workout, but inbetween, when your body has time to rest and repair / build up new muscle. So resting is important.
Every so often - say, a week after every 3-4 weeks of intense training (as recommended by M.C. Siff, Supertraining, 6th Edition, 2003) - have a 'restoration week'. Reduce the total amount of work you do, allow for more recovery time etc. Note, this is not a total rest week - you should still work - but the work is less intense than it has been in the preceeding month. After this, crank it back up again and repeat the cycle.
In this way, you can allow your body to recover and gain strength efficiently, while continually improving over a long period of time.
Of course, this is just a general sample of the idea. Feel free to change it to suit your needs/abilities. After all, some people recover faster than others.

Yeah eating one gram more then the some BWX20 formula allowes will convert the excess protein into killer glycogen that will eat your kidneys.........
come on man our ancestors used to eat a pure protein with some small amounts of fat ( 20-30%) and almost zero carb diet......... for milions of years
