I could. Both OAC and OAP, but since I first managed to do them, My weight rised about 4 killos, so atm I can't do them, and I didn't train to keep them. However, I practise to get them back! I won't give up.
I won't make the same mistake twice ;)

you need to up the volume , in a few hours if I'm not busy I do more then this every day , not counting the real workouts...
what use is strength if you can't use it more then once or twice a day? and get sore from a football game?

I got sore cuz I didn't do a proper warmup.
The volume - even this low volume works for me, however, I practise some days in high volume. Besides, even at school I practice ( Pullups, muscle-ups, flags, dips) so the workout I do at home is not the only one.

In your routine, you mentioned an exercise called "trainer closes".
Can you describe them please ?
Thanks
