some 1 i know, hoo is buff as recommended me to do a 2 day workout to start with and then progress to 3 days

he sed i should do chinups, situps, dips and pushups on monday and wednesday.

just wondering , how many sets and reps should i do, becoz everyones weight is different so how do i work this out.

should i just keep doing setsxreps (of max 50, which i wont get near to) untill i cant do anymore? or what, please advice, also is doing just that going to make me bing (alng with the diet and sleep)... im quite the n00b

when you first start out I reccomend working out every 3rd day
on't do cardio in the same time as your workouts
workout intense and reletivly long , after a month start doing some GTG ni your off days

don't do direct ab and lower back work sicne they work already in many BW excersises
do oblique and trans ab work instead.

for legs do pistols\lunges and high levrage switches(you bend more so easier)
also works your lwoer back and abs
for back do pullups and rows
for the delts do bent pushups w/ FULL ROM
for the chest do dips \ pushups

and that's all you need basicly , no need to do splits before your first 5 years of training

3X10 basic BB beggining sets\reps

and if your weak in something throw in some more sets in it
