some 1 i know, hoo is buff as recommended me to do a 2 day workout to start with and then progress to 3 days
he sed i should do chinups, situps, dips and pushups on monday and wednesday.
just wondering , how many sets and reps should i do, becoz everyones weight is different so how do i work this out.
should i just keep doing setsxreps (of max 50, which i wont get near to) untill i cant do anymore? or what, please advice, also is doing just that going to make me bing (alng with the diet and sleep)... im quite the n00b
