gymnastics strength elements , you can also do pullups and pusheups with them for conditioning.
very hard I can humbly say that noone in this forum can perform a full planche and frontlever...........

The planche doesn't look that hard, actually. It's the "crow" yoga pose... I used to do those all the time, but never did a pushup from that position. :shock:

Gavin, you must be talking about the frogstand, a friend of mine does that in Yoga some times...but it's nothing like a PLANCHE :o

anyway it's not possible to do even the tuck planche without being very strong in dips\psuedo-planche pushups
I can do over 40 maybe even 50 dips (not chair dips for that matter)
and can only hold the tuck position very briefly and only one good pushup from it (though it's easier on pbars)
