Hey Folks.

New member here, been doing bodyweight stuff for a while now. Really fell in love with this style of training since getting the book Underground Fitness for the Ultimate Warrior by Ross Enamait (out of print now!), Never Gymless is the next step forward on the subject and to me the definitive text!

Im really into Band Training too, just got myself a set of the Mini Bands about a month or so, and for Minute Drills and Interval type training they are excellent! about 35lbs only per band, but it feels completely different from a dumbbell, as its 35lbs that is pulling back, not just 35lb of dead weight!

ahh ross is a powerhouse
he does some insane stuff..........

bands are different from dumbells cause the acumidate ressistance , you can't measure dumbells by lbs.
Actually I have got an idea to build one of thoose machines that you see in the gym with a pin and a weight stack ( and a cable attachment) but use sprigns\ bands instead for acumidating ressistance I wonder how will that work
