hi im kev from lancashire uk i train muay thai and im 36 years young just one question how do you train the posterior delts using body weight alone thanks in advance .

Welcome kev..
There are two methods I can think of:
1. using rings , stand on your toes at a high angle , and lean back whiel holdign them , then with straight arms move them back using the rear delts... this is one of the thigns most people need a high angle for since it's hard.
2. Do body rows between dip bars or a pair of towels hanging from a pullups back and the rear delts also fire.
