My name is Brian. I'm kinda new to bodyweight exercises. I've been intrigued by them for a while. They just seem more practical for a ton of reasons. You don't have to go to the Gym and wait in line, you can do BW exercises anywere and I feel that they work the body a lot better than tradiitonal weightlifting. You get more functional strength in BW exercises than you do just lifting weights. That's my opinion. I've seen guys that are huge, with a ton of muscle, but can't do 5 pull-ups. I don't understand it.

cuz they train for looks not for strength , and you have to respect them.
it's a can of worms noone wants to open , as if foortabll players and sprinters would blame gymnasts for skinny legs and the oposite.
you do gain 2:1 rate fo fat\muscle when you overeat 1k calories , bodybuilers just improove on that ratio and cut back after a while , nothing special. they say it themselvwes it's 70% nutrition
while strength mostly ,is a skill : like playing the piano.
