My favorite bw routine is very simple:

1.push up
2.pull up
3.squat or variant
4.sit up or crunch

I like 2-4 set with 10 or more reps, sometimes I like only one set for more more reps!!!
I train with kettlebells too

excuseme for my English Im an Italian :wink:

the pushup is too weak to be used alongside pullups , do dips and one arm pushups IMO

And yeah you should do some squats , sprints , or deadlifts ( I know I know this is BWC but deadlifts are awesome)


you probably should do some back extentions and twistinc crunches along with regular ones


And the ovious thing I am saying to every BW trainee who posts a workout here , WTH is your shoulder work?

I train with kettlebells too
I do press, snatch, jerk, clean.... with kettlebells.
I train total 4-6 time a week :D
