Well what can I say? I'm overweight and eager to get a fitter, healthier body. I can't use weights and have problems with my joints so I'm often getting into the swing of doing exercise but injure myself by going too far too soon. Another reason I want to get fit using bodyweight exercises is to prove a point. I know I far too many people that are overweight and blame it on not living near a gym or the gym being too expensive. Hopefully by getting fitter I can convince them to either exercise at home or shut up. One of my goals is to be able to do the muscle isolation shenanigans that people like Eugene Sandow were known for but that's a long way down the line and a lot of fat to burn off.

Thanks for the encouragement. Recently most of my exercise has just been pushups and squats. I do a few reps on my CoC gripper throughout the day plus the occasional pullups and dips. As you can guess, I'm yet to put together a proper routine. I'll admit to being clueless about nutrition and getting the most out of my workouts.
