What do you think is the way to train cardio?
Because I know that running too much will cause pain in the knee...
Should i switch things like one time it's running, other bicycle or only bicycle?

Anything that incorporates the entire body with some ressistance and carrying your weight,
running is okey ,jumpe ,rope swimming , rowing , and strider (elipticals you use your arms to move the ressistance too) are surpirior IMO

I do lots of cardio, but I rarely run because it makes my knees hurt. Instead I alternate the elliptical, rowing machine, and bike. Sometimes I do sprints and sometimes just L.S.D..(long slow distance). You want to give your body variety to help prevent injuries.

You can get a great cardio workout by just going through a circuit of bodyweight exercises with as little rest as you can. Something like:

Sprint for 30 seconds, jog back
as many pushups as you can
squats or lunges
chins or pullups
an ab exercise.
Repeat for 5 to 10 times.

For the sprint you could run outdoors, jump rope, or use an elliptical, rower, bike, etc.

If you can do dips pullups and HSPUs for a bunch of reps ( say 25-30) do 10 reps of each one going to the next and do a circuit of 10X10 for all of them in which case you end up pumping quite some energy out and your heart rate and breathing go up jsut to provide the recovery , it's like a gymansts tabata protocol only better sicne you get very strong too... I ocne did it , got all pumped up and it was liek cardio in terms of heart rate sweatign and breathing even mroe intense , it did it for 30 min ( I took a bit longer breaks I shouldn't have) and tomorrow I wasn't even sore and felt stronger and it sure triggered some growth I also was pumped in my muscles for the rest of that day

Very nice idea, but is it like that for exemple 10 pushups, run or bike during 30 seconds, 10 chinups, run or bike 30 seconds, 10 sit-ups, run or bike 30 seconds then jump knee to chest, run , pushups etc?

Yep, just like that. You can throw different exercises into the mix anytime you want. It's a pretty flexible template. Koltz idea would work well, although you would need alot of muscle endurance to get through a workout like that. I think Koltz may be the bionic man!
