This is my first week's workout, I intend to increase reps per set until each exercise becomes too easy.

Everyday:

5x15 SLOW (2-3 seconds down, 1 second up) Diamond Pushups
3x10 Horizontal pull-ups (again, slow and controlled)
3x30 2-count ab scissors

45 minutes cardio 3 times a week

This look good? I'm less worried about legs as I do a lot of jog/sprinting.

Hmm missing some stuff, ie/ Dips and back excersizes such as superman holds and hyperextentions. I forget what areas the ab scissors works out, but you wanna work out the sides too, try side to side bends or something. If you dont know what those are its where you lay on a bench hanging off from your waste up, get someone to hold your feet then you drop down as low as you can, then come back up past the starting point. Repeat. Biceps arn't getting worked much i dont think, try this one ive been working on called aternating grip pullups where you grab the barwith your hands touching each other, facing opposite directions and pull yourself up. like this: http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y110/kawana/pullups.jpg

Thats all i can think of at the moment but im sure someone will add more/correct me

sorry ill explain:

Supermans : lay on your stomach, lifting your legs as high as you can, and lifting your chest, head, and extend your arms out, like you were flying. Basicly your looking like superman when hes flying :)

Hyperextentions : lay on a bench on your stomach overhanging at your waist, get someone to hold your feet. Place your hands behind your head and try to touch your head to the ground and go back up again past the starting point as far as possible without snapping your back lol. and repeat.

so you basicly only train your triceps back\brachilias and abs?

You know there at least 14 muscles that epople should train all the time?
