With regard to the level challenges, how long should one work at the various levels before trying to move up to the next? And how often do you folks do your bodyweight work in a given week? Every day?

i just find exercises(or should i say, kolt helps me find exercises hehehe  )
that fit my fitness level really well, and then put togeather a balanced/challenging workout that you can do.
make sure it hits all the muscle groups.
i take 2 days off every week but one of them is because i take muay thai kickboxing on wednesdays which is a good workout itself.

^^ He is a man of few words sometimes lol, Basicly there not ment to be there own "workout routine" just by themself. Basicly wat you wanna do is gothrough them, find 1 or 2 workouts for each major area ie// upper body, core/middle, and lower body. Find the hardest one for each area thatyou can do. Once you feel youcan do them pretty easy, move onto something harder. Check out the threads in the workout section for ideas, and post your own that you come up with. Lots of people will help you toput together a well rounded workout based on your abilities. I dont know as much as 1/2 the people on this site, but if you have any questions ill take a crack at answering them for ya.
