Hello to all!
I found this site tonight after looking through videos on youtube. I spent years lifting weights since the beginning of high school and off and on throughout college. I joined the United States Marine Corps 3 1/2 years ago and they got me real small & lean. Eventually I got bigger again, and I finally decided that weight-lifting just makes me big and slow and that I needed to focus on running and cardio and calisthenics. I have done lots of reading on the internet recently about the various benefits of calisthenics vs. weight-lifting, and now I've found a forum for guys like me with lots of other people who have realized the same. It's good to finally be here, and I look forward to my new training programs based off of this site.
