I listen to didjeridu players such as David Hudson and Steve Roach, they are great.

Also a lot of Krishna Das and Jai Uttal for me.

Rap is cool for working out, aswell...gets you motivated quickly haha

The only time I consistently listen to music while working out is if I'm doing cardio solo. If I have friends along, or if I'm doing BW/lifting, music is unneccessary.

While doing solo cardio, I tend to listen to ska, faster techno (or whatever it's called these days), punk, upbeat funk, etc. It's my usual mix, just with an emphasis on faster beat.

I only have two little crappy headphones, so I don't listen to anything. I just listen to it before hand and it gets me pumped. Usually anything that has a lot of energy in it.
