I work out my lower body with polymetric jumping and one legged squats on tuesday and friday.
With that out of the way here is my workout for upper body
Handstand pushups
crunches superset 3 sets till failure
Pullups
pushups superset 3 sets till failure
I shoot for higher numbers each workout and I rest and eat big for one or two days after workout.
Will the till failure part help me grow big shoulders?
Any suggestions would be greatrly appreciated!
