What is the position ? like a normal pushup? i sometimes don't understand because english is not my language.

Think of a "karate chop". When you put your hands flat on a table, it's the edges that face away from each other.

A Knife is a sharp object used for CUTTING.

Now..if you were to cut something in half with your hand, in what position would you do it?


I tried filming myself doing some pushups like that but it's a long work to upload it, maybe I'll do it later to show you :)
