I've been reading a lot of forums but i never found a forum with only body weight dedicated ppl! I'm 16 years old, and I hate lifting weights. I'm not sure why, but I hate weights. I only train with bodyweight excercises for maybe 3 years now. I do the most pull ups in school every year for my grade. This year I did 22. Most push ups was 70 but now I never max. I go to a park every day and I'm currenty working on the muscle up. It is such a great excercise. I can do it, but i need to perfect it. Anyway, I live in New Jersey. I am short about 5' 5" and around 120 lbs. But ppl in school are amazed by my strength !!! I will be around this forum all the time.

Welcome! I prefer bodyweight myself...I don't hate weights, they're just sorta boring. It's fun throwing yourself around. :P

Well I seem to get the idea why you like BW more...

anyway welcome aboard ... I hope you will learn many new excersises to help you achieve even bigger strength gains!

Stuff you could like:
side to side dips and pullups , handstand pushups , one arm pushups , dragon flags , supermans , one arm chins , planches , front levers , crosses and so on

wow damn, only 16... your doing a hell of a lot better than i was at your age. I used to purposely get out of doing those things. I was very good at getting out of doing them too lol, all through school i never took ONE fitness exam thing. It was a dumb idea cuz i wasn't helping myself at all. Took me till my last year of highschool before i had had it with my weight problem and finally started working out. Im sure you got a nice head start over the majority of the people on here :) Good luck and welcome to the forum ;)
