My name is will. I am current trying to loss weight and build my strength up. I am in ROTC and I work out with 3 days a week but considering i weight about 275, 3 day just doesn't cut it.

If you guys have in pointer for a total beginner, please feel free to share.

3 days does cut it , if you work with the right intensity most people work out 3 days a week ,

it's not all about burning calories and not eating
