Hi everyone,
I'm new here and 56 yrs old. I love BW exercise and work in a small boxing/weight gym. I used to work out with weights but now do BW exercise and love it. I guess I just wasn't into weights....but I really look forward to working out now. I'm much stronger and fitter now.
I break my workouts into strength and conditioning days.....keep it fun.
I also used to work out power rings.....GREAT workout, but don't have a place to use them right now.
