I am new here. I am 26, 6ft 179 lbs. I cuirrently weight train 4-6 days per week. I a also run 18 - 24 miles a week. I am training for a hlaf marathon in Devember at the same time trying to increase my strenth. I have been lifting for over 10 months now. any starter routines with body weight exercises that could suppliment my weight training is welcome.
