How to build home mad still rings

This is just and Idea , if someone wants to make a guide out of it later feel free... I'll be making a pair soon .
You can make ones better then the ones that are sold in ring training if you get the right matirials and it will end up cheaper then the 65 bucks + shipping they take.

What you need (Can be picked up in any home materials store)

-3-4 meter small flexible but strong chain \ band that can hold the rings up.

-A bunch of extreamly strong springs that can smooth out swings (Optional , can be added later on too , but if you have it you can safetly do swings on your rings which you can't on the ringtraining elite rings).

-Paper duct tape , some band or anything like that to warp the rings themselves for grip and a more decent look

-A thick metal wire that can bend but albit poorly of decent length. (should be more spring like and not bend)

Anyway it's all simple stuff

To make a hanging ring in a fe minutes with all this stuff you do the following:

Roll up the metal wire into a ring while leaving a hole in the upper part of it like this:

Warp a duct tape all around it so it holds together and you get a comfortable enough grip

Now get the chain , Fold one end of it so it forms a little ball or something and use the duct tape or anything to make it hold together ,
take the other end and pull(exuse my poor english again)
it through the loop in the ring so the ring can hang from it well
like this:

basicly your done and can mount your custom made ring into anything that holds it(If you have no idea where to I'd say go to any unused room in your house or your basement and drill two bolts that can hold it over there just eb carefull , I'd ask someone with expirance to do it myself)

if you got decent springs to make thoose home rings more pro heres what you do

Take portion of the chain that holds your rings in the middle that's about 1.5x longer then your springs , nowyou basicly tie up the spring peramently to oen and and more flexibly to anotehr so you can remove it at will , this way your movements will be more smooth when you are on the rings and you could do powerfull swings , but dips and all that wil lbe harder if your springs are too weak , this is also a good way to protect your celing mount if you use one.

Now reat for the other ring
