Hello,
My name is Don Meyer and I was referred to this site by a friend of mine. Just for a little introduction and background: I am 18, I will be turning 19 on December the 7th. I graduated highschool just recently (a few months late) due to multiple eye surgeries which kept me bed ridden, but I am physically able to do just about anything now except drive (for the time.) I also lost my job due to the store closing without any notice. So...with college about a year away and no job at the time I would like to get back into physical activities and exercise to get back into shape, and hopefully build back some muscle I lost when I quit wrestling.
I was wondering if I could get any advice on the best way to start into a good, solid daily routine, and then eventually work my way up to some machines and free-weights when I can get access to them.
Any and all advice would be great
Thanks,
Don Meyer
